After I updated last, Bridget and I went out to the lava bar, which was filled with attractive, gay men. oh well. in the morning it was raining pretty hard so we decided to wait to zorb until today. We went to a place called Hell's Gate where we had a mud bath and sulphur spa. it was excellent to soothe our still aching muscles from horseback riding. It rained the entire time, but that was okay since it was flipping hot in them!
We carved some cool little wood things as memorobilia. yay.
Then we ate and saw Prince Caspian (we gotta get some movies in there!!!)
Then we went home and slept for like 12 hours.
Today we woke up, and went zorbing, which we could have done all day. it was beyond amazing.
We then drove to taupo where it's been pouring the entire day, except for right now. We went to the bungy jump place, and got a little intimidated (and it was closed for a few hours) because darth vader's face was reflected on the lake. Not because of the 17 story drop. So we took a walk in the rain towards the huge waterfall, but the path was flooded, so we just went for a bit and turned around.
I am getting a sore throat and might die. so we stopped at a chemist (pharmacist) and i'm gonna be better by tomorrow.
We would like to eat, but everything is closed in the middle of the day, so we'll starve for a few hours more.

Dear Amy Sue-It was good to talk to you. Hope all is well with you guys, and that you are having lots of fun. Its fun to have fun!!! tomorrow michael leaves for sweden. marv asked me to go to phoenix to visit their new resort!!! i do believe i have to attend the church sizzling summer party!!!! it is hot this week.90 degrees. i planted lilacs along the fence line yesterday. grandma and grandpa received hail on saturday and they were concerned about their flowers but they look ok. more relatives are coming to town this week. i wish you could be here!!!!! anyway have a great day. i love you. mom
